Is there a contract?
No. We bill month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on the Crown or with Sarah. The Throne has a one-time $2,995 setup, because it includes a custom site and the research.
Are phone and texting fees extra?
No. Phone and texting are included up to 1,000 texts and 1,000 call minutes a month. Past that, we bill it at our cost.
What if Sarah goes over 400 minutes?
400 minutes a month (about 200 calls at 2 minutes a call) are included. Past that, 50 cents a minute.
Can I get Sarah without the Crown?
No. Sarah Answers runs inside the Crown's app, number and calendar, so she comes with the Crown: $496 a month for both. Rather not pay monthly for her? Own Your Sarah is $997 one time.
Is there a yearly plan?
Not yet. Month to month only for now.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime, no refunds. You keep your domain, Google profile, ad accounts and socials. A site we built switches off.
Do you take a cut of my ad spend?
No. 0% of your ad spend and no minimum. Google and Facebook bill your card directly. You pay us $297 a month per campaign to run it.
What is a campaign?
One kind of job on one platform. Roof repair on Google is one campaign. Roof repair on Google and Facebook is two, $594 a month.
What are SEO and AEO?
SEO gets you found when someone searches "roofer near me." AEO (answer engine optimization) is SEO for AI: it helps ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI answers name your company when a homeowner asks who to call.
What does Own Your Sarah's $47 a month cover?
It's optional. It covers a monthly check-up and everyday changes: hours, prices, service area, calendar, FAQs and holiday messages. Skip it and she is still yours.
