SEO and AEO · on-site SEO is in the Crown, $247/mo
Get found on Google. Get recommended by AI.
SEO and AEO. SEO gets you found when someone searches "roofer near me." AEO (answer engine optimization) is SEO for AI: it helps ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI answers name your company when a homeowner asks who to call.
Here's how it works in plain words, what you can fix yourself this week, and what we do for you and what it costs.
This line runs Own Your Sarah. Sarah Answers also picks up live, day or night, books the callback and texts you every lead.

One search, four places to show up
Where local jobs get found.
Someone types "roof leak repair near me." Google can show four kinds of results. The order changes from search to search, but these are the four doors.
Sponsored ads
The paid spots, marked "Sponsored." You show up while you pay, and you're gone the day you stop.
The AI answer
Google's AI Overview, and ChatGPT and others in their own apps. They draw on what the web says about you: your site, your profile, your reviews, your listings.
The map
Three businesses with a map, stars and a Call button. That's your Google Business Profile, and it's free. Reviews, posts and listings all feed it.
The websites
The regular results under the map. That's your website and its SEO: what it says, how fast it loads, who links to it.
Google Business Profile, in plain words
How Google picks who shows up on the map.
Does your profile match what they searched?
How far you are from the person searching.
How well known you are. Google names the links to your website and how many reviews you have.
Those three come from Google's own help page. The same page says: "There's no way to request or pay for a better local ranking on Google." You can't move your shop. You can work on the other two.
Kowalski Roofing
Six things you control.
- The right main category. Google says to pick categories as specific as possible that still describe your main business: "Roofing contractor," not just "Contractor." Add others only for work you really do.
- Your service area. Google lets you list up to 20 service areas, within about 2 hours' drive. If customers don't come to your shop, Google says to remove your address.
- Your real business name. Just the name on your truck. Stuffing in "Best Roofer Worcester" breaks Google's rules and can get the profile suspended.
- Reviews, and an answer to every one. Google says more reviews and good ratings can help your ranking. Reply to the good and the bad. Never buy them.
- Real photos and regular posts. Your trucks, your crew, your finished jobs. Google says photos and videos show customers what you offer. A busy profile also tells the customer you're still in business.
- Same name, address and phone everywhere. Your site, Facebook, Yelp, BBB and the rest should match. When they disagree, customers, Google and AI tools get mixed signals.

- It reads the web about you. Your website, your Google profile, your reviews and your directory listings.
- Plain facts help. What you do, where you work and who you are, written plainly on your own site. Services, towns, real job photos, straight answers to real questions.
- Matching facts help. Same name, phone and services everywhere. Mixed-up listings make you harder to trust.
- Nobody controls it. Anyone who promises you a spot in ChatGPT is guessing. Google says its AI answers need no special tricks: the same basics as regular search.
Nobody can buy a better spot on Google or make an AI say your name. We do the work that earns it.
The Crown Every site in the Crown is set up for SEO and AEO, with Search Console and Analytics from day one. On the Throne, SEO and AEO are worked every month.
Free. Do it this week.
Three fixes for this week.
- 1
Claim it and keep the login
Search your business name on Google. No profile, or not yours? Claim it at business.google.com. Google may ask the owner for a short video to verify. Only you can do that part.
- 2
Fix the basics
Main category, service area, hours, website and phone. Google says complete and accurate info is more likely to show up. Use your main number, the one on your website and truck.
- 3
Text your last 10 customers
Ask how the job went. Send the happy ones your review link with a thank-you. Then answer every review that comes in, good or bad.
Rather have it done for you? A one-time Google profile tune-up is $299 for a profile you've verified. The Throne posts to your profile twice a week and keeps your 20 key directory listings matching.
What it costs
Who does each piece.
No piece is hidden in fine print. Here's exactly where each one lives today.
10 to 20 pages built so Google can read your trade and your towns. Search Console and Analytics from day one.
We ask how the job went first. If something's off, you hear about it right away. Happy customers get the review ask, then the referral ask.
A one-time tune-up of a Google profile you have already verified, so it is complete and accurate.
Wrong or missing directory listings fixed, so your name, address and phone match everywhere.
Two edited Shorts a month, titled and described to be found. Posting to your socials is being set up.
Paid spots on Google and ads on Facebook, with a waste-and-profit report. Call tracking per campaign is being set up.
Two posts a week on your profile and all your socials, so it looks alive.
Same name, address and phone everywhere it counts. Plus which paid listings are worth it (Chamber, BBB).
Real answers to the questions your customers search, 2 posts a month.
What we don't do
Verify your Google profile. Google asks the owner, not us. The $299 tune-up is for a profile you've already verified. Two posts a week on your profile come with the Throne.
A ranking promise. Nobody can sell you one honestly. Google says: "There's no way to request or pay for a better local ranking on Google."
More services · The Throne · $1,497/mo + $2,995 setup
The whole front office, profile and listings included.
Everything in the Crown, Sarah Answers, job videos and 2 ad campaigns, run for you, plus two posts a week on your Google profile and your socials, 2 blog posts a month, your 20 key directory listings, SEO and AEO worked every month, and the full app.
Straight answers.
Can you get me to #1 on Google?
Nobody can promise that. Google's own help page says: "There's no way to request or pay for a better local ranking on Google." What helps is the work Google describes: complete and accurate info, steady reviews and a site that says plainly what you do and where. The list above shows which plan covers which piece.
Do I need a page for every town?
Your website gets pages for the towns you work in, written about the jobs you do there, not copy-paste pages with the town name swapped. Your towns also go in your Google Business Profile service area (Google allows up to 20, within about 2 hours' drive), and your website says plainly where you work.
Do you manage my Google Business Profile?
Two ways. A one-time tune-up for $299, for a profile you've already verified. Or the Throne, which posts to your profile and your socials twice a week and keeps your 20 key directory listings matching. Wrong or missing listings can be fixed at our cost + 10%. Verifying the profile is always the owner's job; Google asks you, not us.
Will ChatGPT or Google's AI recommend me?
Nobody can make an AI say your name, and anyone who promises you a spot is guessing. AEO helps: plain facts about what you do and where, the same on your site, your profile and your listings. Google says its AI answers need no special tricks beyond the same basics as regular search. Every website we build is set up for SEO and AEO.
Is AEO the same as GEO (generative engine optimization) or AI SEO?
Yes. Same work, different names.
Who owns my Google profile?
You do. It stays in your name. If you ever leave, you keep your Google profile, your domain, your ad accounts and your socials. A website we built switches off.
When your phone rings, there's money on the line.
Get found first. Then make sure somebody answers.
