What happens if I skip the upkeep?
She keeps answering. She lives in your accounts, not ours. The $47 a month is there if you want us checking on her and making the everyday changes for you.
Do you get my passwords?
No. You create keys for us inside your own accounts. They only do what Sarah needs, and you can shut them off any time.
Can she connect to my job software or my calendar?
Yes, $497 per system: Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, HighLevel or a booking calendar. If your software has no way to connect, Mike looks at it and quotes it before we do anything.
What about my phone number?
Her phone line is a Twilio number in your own account, so it's yours. Want calls to the number you have now to reach her? Ask Mike on the call. How your calls reach Sarah gets set up with you and tested on our phones before she answers a single customer.
