Ads that make the phone ring. And prove it.

We run your Google and Facebook ads in your own accounts, on your own card. A separate tracking number for each campaign is being set up now, so you can see which ad made the phone ring. 0% of your ad spend. No setup fee. Keep your own website if you like; ads work with it.

This line runs Own Your Sarah. Sarah Answers also picks up live, day or night, books the callback and texts you every lead.

Most ad money disappears where you can't see it.

✕

Paid by the percent

Some agencies charge a percent of your ad spend. The more you spend, the more they make, whether your phone rings or not.

✕

One number for everything

Google, Facebook, the truck and the yard sign all ring the same line. Nobody can tell you which ad paid for itself.

✕

A report full of clicks

Impressions, reach, clicks. You can't deposit a click. You want to know which ad made the phone ring.

Years ago I ran a local online ad agency. I could make a contractor's phone ring, and I had call tracking, so I knew which calls nobody answered. That's why we're setting up a separate number for every campaign here.

Your accounts. Your card. Calls you can count.

  • Google and Facebook, run for you. We set up the campaigns, write the ads and watch them. You don't approve every ad; you run your jobs.
  • In your own ad accounts, on your own card. Some agencies take a percentage of your ad budget on top of their fee, so the more you spend, the more they make. We take 0%. You pay a flat $297 a month per campaign. Google and Facebook bill your card directly.
  • A separate tracking number for every campaign, being set up now. Each call to that number will show which campaign and which platform it came from.
  • Keep your own website. Ads work with the site you have, or with ours.
  • A waste-and-profit report. Calls and dollars by campaign: what to keep, what to fix, what to cut.

The campaign math

One kind of job, on one platform, is one campaign.

$297 a month per campaign. A campaign is one kind of job on one platform. Roof repair on Google is one; on Google and Facebook it's two ($594). Two are included in the Throne.

On Google, a campaign is the set of search words for that job: people who type "leaky roof" want a repair, people who type "new roof" want a replacement. Different callers, different ads, so it's a different campaign.

What counts as a campaign?

$297 a month per campaign. A campaign is one kind of job on one platform. Roof repair on Google is one; on Google and Facebook it's two ($594). Two are included in the Throne. Roof repair, roof damage and leaky roof are the same job; new roof or roof replacement is a different job with a different caller, so that's another campaign.

Do you take a cut of my ad spend?

Some agencies take a percentage of your ad budget on top of their fee, so the more you spend, the more they make. We take 0%. You pay a flat $297 a month per campaign. Google and Facebook bill your card directly.

Do I need your website to run ads?

No. Keep your own website. Ads and job videos work with it too.

How much should I spend on ads?

That's your call. We don't set a minimum. Tell Mike the jobs you want and where, and he'll tell you what he'd start with and why.

Can you promise me calls?

No, and nobody honest can. What you get is the truth: calls and dollars by campaign, and a report that shows what to keep and what to cut.

Do I have to approve every ad?

No. We write them, run them and watch them, so you're not reading ad copy at 10 at night.

What if I stop?

Your ad accounts are yours. They stay in your name, on your card, with all their history.

When your phone rings, there's money on the line.

Let's make sure you know which ad made it ring, and that somebody answers it.
